Sara Skinner

Sara Skinner worked as a forensic interviewer in a child advocacy center where she interviewed children, aged 2-17, suspected of being victims or witnesses to traumatic crimes. She is a qualified expert witness and provides testimony on the subjects of forensic interviewing, dynamics of child sexual abuse, and child development for criminal cases in juvenile and superior courts.  Skinner’s research interests include child victimization, sexual abuse and criminal justice systems, juvenile crime victimization, child advocacy centers, forensic interviewing, and multi-disciplinary teams.
