Mission

The mission of the Office of Continuing Education and Outreach is to contribute to the ongoing advancement of social work practice, thereby aiding in the enhancement of the well-being of Georgia’s diverse communities. As an extension of the School of Social Work and the University of Georgia, the Office serves as a liaison for social workers, human services professionals, state and nonprofit agencies, professional organizations, for Georgia and international social work communities.
