Please be aware that the Classic Center has the following security policies:
- Metal detectors when entering the building
- Clear bag policy – We recommend coming without a bag, if possible
- No outside liquids or water bottles

Parking information
Parking is available in the Classic Center parking deck (card payment only, no cash) and in downtown Athens (metered street parking and parking decks). Please note that other graduation events will be happening that day, so we recommend that all attendees plan for extra time to park and get to the Classic Center Theatre.
Information for Graduates
Graduates should plan to arrive at the Atrium next to the Classic Center Theatre at 8AM. All graduates are expected to wear regalia. Check in at the table when you arrive. Do not leave personal belongings in the Atrium during the ceremony.
Schedule
8AM – Graduates report to the Classic Center Atrium
8:20AM – Graduate photo on the Atrium stairs
8:30AM – Faculty report to the Classic Center Atrium
9:00AM – Processional begins
Event Recording
Due to the cost and complexity of running a livestream with our small team, we will not be able to provide this for the SSW convocation. A recording of the convocation will be uploaded to our YouTube channel later that day.
