As a medical educator, Baldwin is passionate about microbes, communication skills and interdisciplinary work. She has provided improv instruction for medical students and participates in the UGA Improv faculty learning community for continued skill development. She also is part of an interdisciplinary group funded by the Katherine A. Kendall Institute that is using technology to bring University of Georgia students and their peers from the island of Grenada together in virtual spaces to expand their knowledge of global social work challenges and interventions.
