Natalie Milom, LCSW, is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) Practitioner and the CEO of Potential Realized, a social work agency dedicated to families surviving adverse and traumatic experiences and the professionals, organizations, and systems that serve them. As one who is passionate about the healing of children and families, Natalie provides EMDR therapy to them. She also provides training to professionals in the field on how to work to create felt safety for people surviving trauma. Natalie also provides coaching and consulting to nonprofits and agencies seeking to start, scale, and sustain their operations and programs that center trauma-informed care.
