The Graduate Certificate in Global Health, offered by the Global Health Institute within the College of Public Health, prepares students with the basic skills necessary to function effectively in global health practice. The program consists of a total of 18 credit hours. Students develop a global health theme that guides their course of study. Themes must be approved by the program coordinator. Three to six credit hours of experiential learning are required – either research or internship and may be either domestic or abroad.
